About Us

The Office of General Affairs provides essential support services to the entire Taiwan Tech community. We strive to enhance administrative efficiency and deliver positive outcomes across campus operations, facilitating a well-organized and thriving community.

Our office is organized into five specialized divisions:
General Services Division – Manages facilities, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth campus operations.
Construction and Maintenance Division – Oversees building projects and maintenance to create a safe and sustainable campus environment.
Cashier Division – Handles payments and financial transactions for the university community.
Documentation Division – Responsible for issuing official document and maintaining records.
Property Management Division – Manages university asses and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilized. 

Our mission is to foster a secure, healthy, and supportive environment for learning and research. Our dedicated team is committed to addressing the diverse needs of the university community through efficient management of resources and facilities.
