Please be advised: To ensure fair access to venues, the range for the event date may not exceed 2 weeks. Rehearsal is limited to one slot and may be a different date from that of the event itself. Please submit your booking and wait for the General Services Division to respond.

Up to two site inspections may be scheduled after the booking procedure has been completed; each inspection may last no longer than 30 minutes. 

Application procedure:

STEP 1: Visit the General Services Division website to confirm the availability of the venue you want.

(Unavailable indicates that the venue is not available during that time due to another booking or a class scheduled by the General Services Division)

STEP 2: Submit an online booking with an attached event plan; only online applications will be accepted.

STEP 3: You will be notified by email whether your booking was successful or not within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

*In the event of another booking application for the same venue and time, priority will be given to the first complete application received. 

STEP 4: For Taiwan Tech applicants, the paper application and event plan must be signed by the unit supervisor and submitted in an official documents folder to the General Services Division no later than 3 days before the event (not including weekends and holidays) to finalize the booking procedure.

              Non-Taiwan-Tech applicants must submit their paperwork no later than 1 month in advance.
