一、依據本校自行車管理辦法，針對本校未貼示停車證以及停車證過期的自行車，近期將張貼警示條。請張貼警告標示條的車主至總務處事務組辦理車證申請，未張貼臺科大自行車證之單車將視為無主自行車處理。凡車體外觀上明顯失去原效用之車輛也將視為無主自行車處理。

二、請全校教職員工生將腳踏車整齊停放於腳踏車架上，勿隨意停放校內公共空間。再次提醒您，停放於校園內之自行車皆應於車體明顯處張貼本校自行車停車證：申請本校自行車停車證需繳交辦證費新台幣30元，請逕洽行政大樓一樓總務處事務組辦理，隨辦即領。

三、將於2024年12月20日起至2025年1月3日開始張貼警告標示，並於2025年1月6日起至2025年1月17日止開始將張貼警告標示未處理之腳踏車進行拖吊。

**Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,**

1.In accordance with the University's Bicycle Management Regulations, warning tags will soon be affixed to bicycles parked on campus without a valid parking permit or with expired permits. Bicycle owners with warning tags are required to apply for a parking permit at the General Affairs Office, Service Section. Bicycles without the official NTUST parking permit will be considered abandoned. Additionally, bicycles that are visibly damaged or non-functional will also be classified as abandoned.

2. All faculty, staff, and students are reminded to park bicycles neatly in designated bike racks and to avoid parking in public spaces on campus. Please note that bicycles parked on campus must display an NTUST parking permit in a clearly visible location. To apply for a parking permit, a processing fee of NT$30 is required. Permits can be obtained immediately upon application at the Service Section, General Affairs Office, located on the first floor of the Administration Building.

3. Warning tags will be issued from December 20, 2024, to January 3, 2025. Bicycles with unaddressed warning tags will be removed starting  January 6, 2025, through January 17, 2025.
